Mené par le trio formé par Robin Girod, John Menoud et Nelson Schaer, respectivement guitariste, saxophoniste-guitariste et batteur au sein de pléthore de projets florissants sur la nouvelle scène psyché genevoise, Space Age Sunset vise les astres avec sa musique étrange et atemporelle. Après le trip halluciné Exotic Journey vol. 7, le groupe s’apprête à publier un nouveau projet à la créativité sans limites, baptisé sobrement Mysterious Realm of the Sonnenstube. Avant de planer avec Space Age Sunset, La Gravière vrombira au son grunge et parfaitement nonchalant de banditbandeau qui se définit elle-même comme « mi-ombre, mi-soleil ; mi-chat mi-zombie ». Derrière cette description atypique se cache Anissa Cadelli, moitié du duo Bandit Voyage qu’elle forme avec… Robin Girod. Ce qui, en soi, en dit déjà beaucoup. En fin de soirée, Sun Cousto tordra le surf rock vers le punk et le garage, tout en redéfinissant les contours du satanisme avec une esthétique lo-fi.

Led by the trio formed by Robin Girod, John Menoud and Nelson Schaer, guitarist, saxophonist-guitarist and drummer respectively in a plethora of thriving projects on Geneva’s new psychedelic scene, Space Age Sunset aims for the stars with its strange and timeless music. After the mesmerising trip Exotic Journey vol. 7, the band is about to release a new, boundlessly creative project, soberly entitled Mysterious Realm of the Sonnenstube. Before tripping out with Space Age Sunset, La Gravière will hum to the grungy and wonderfully nonchalant sounds of a banditbandeau, an outfit that defines itself as “half-shadow, half-sun; half-cat, half-zombie”. Behind this unusual description lies Anissa Cadelli, half of the Bandit Voyage duo which she forms with… Robin Girod, which in itself, says a lot. The evening will end with Sun Cousto’s lo-fi, garage- and punk-infused surf rock with hints of Satanism.
